What are the lead times for orders from SW ADHESIVE?+
Standard products ship within 15-20 days from order confirmation. Rush orders can be accommodated in 10-12 days with a 15% surcharge. Lead times for custom adhesive formulations or large volume batches range from 25-35 days depending on complexity and capacity.
What payment terms and methods does SW ADHESIVE accept?+
We accept 30/70 T/T (30% deposit upfront, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and for established buyers, net 30 terms. Bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit are standard for international orders. Cryptocurrency and other methods available upon negotiation.

Yes, we provide custom formulation services for industrial adhesives and electronic chemical products. We require technical specifications, application environment, substrate types, and performance targets. Custom batches start at 500 units minimum and typical development takes 20-25 days after approval of trial samples.
