Established in 1993, we operate under the registered brand FREE BIRD® and supply hot melt adhesives, epoxy structural adhesives, conformal coatings, thermal interface materials, and sealants to B2B buyers across more than 20 countries.

Electronics Chemicals
Acrylic Conformal Coating — moisture and contaminant protection for PCBs in automotive and industrial environments; 25–75 micron dry film, dielectric strength >2000 V/mm.
No-Clean Rosin Flux — halogen-free (<500 ppm), IPC J-STD-004 ORL0 classified, activation at 120°C, peak 210°C; compatible with 0.3 mm fine-pitch BGA.
Epoxy Adhesives
Two-Part Epoxy Structural Adhesive — high-strength bonding for structural assemblies.
High Temperature Epoxy Adhesive — service temperature up to 200°C for demanding thermal environments.
Toughened Flexible Epoxy — impact-resistant formulation for substrates subject to vibration and mechanical stress.

Hot Melt Adhesives
